Before Replacing
The sprocket rarely needs replacement. If the door is not moving correctly, contact us for troubleshooting before ordering—a loose setscrew or sprocket hub may be repairable.
Installation
When reinstalling the sprocket, the setscrew must tighten against the flat side of the motor shaft. This keeps the sprocket securely positioned on the shaft.
