WARRANTY EXTENSION

The warranty for your ADOR1 or ADOR2 is one year from date of purchase..  If you would like to extend the warranty to four years, you can purchase the warranty here.  You need to have purchased your door in the past 90 days to apply the extended warranty.   Please see notes below.

NOTES:

• No warranty on batteries.
• This manufacturer's warranty covers failed components in ordinary use due to defective parts or short-lived parts, or manufacturer's defects.
• Costs to ship from customer to AdorStore are assumed by customer and the customer must perform simple hands-on procedures over the phone for diagnostic purposes, and customer must be willing and able to provide simple replacement of the parts.
• Does not cover damage due to  customer mishandling such as leaving the control box cover off or leaving it unfastened.
• Does not cover damage due to large animals such as goats or cows sticking their heads in and catching their horns on the door and pulling it off.
• Does not cover damage due to submerging in rising water.
• Does not cover damage due to dropping or other damage during installation such that the frame or panel gets permanently bent by external forces.
• Does not include shipment of metal components: frame, sliding panel, control box and cover.  In other words, we do not receive whole doors back for repair and return shipment.  (051423)
